If you're working in a local area, then you know your customers are nearby. They live or work in a city near your cleaning business.

But when they get out their smartphone and start scrolling, where are they going? What apps or websites are they using?

Are they on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or reading a blog?

Once you've figured out where your potential carpet cleaning customers are at... you might want to spend a minute thinking about what they're doing...

Are they browsing... or are they BUYING?

If you're looking for new carpet cleaning customers, you might be tempted to start advertising your cleaning business where people are browsing. Places like Facebook.

But you can shortcut the system by going right to the places where they are buying. That would be places like Google.
