How To Boost Your Cleaning Company's Website Conversion Rates

November 15, 20242 min read

Let me tell you about a simple way to boost your cleaning company's website leads quickly.

Anybody can do this - it shouldn't cost you any $$$ or require any fancy tools...

I learned this after reviewing 100s of cleaner websites over the past few years and helping them make simple tweaks in their business that could unlock more growth.

(those little tweaks always add up to be the difference makers)

Anyways, here's my simple method for boosting conversion rates:

Insert more "calls to action" on your website pages.

In other words, tell people clearly and repeatedly what you want them to do next...

You really have to lead people down a path and show them how to do business with you.

Tell them clearly how to take the next step. Show them how to request a quote by filling out a quick form. And make it easy for customers to call and talk to somebody by placing your phone number in multiple spots.

Here are some CTA's you could try:

  • Call Now

  • Call To Schedule

  • Get Free Quote

  • Book Online

  • Schedule Your Appointment

  • Claim This Offer

I could go on, but my point is that you need to put more CTA's like this ALL OVER your website - from top to bottom.

As customers scroll through your site, you should prompt them to call or request a quote in every section of every page.

You can experiment with switching up your CTA's, too.

I would recommend you give people options.

Don't force everybody to book online or make it hard to find your phone number.

We see that about half of folks like to call in for an estimate, so make your phone number clickable so that mobile users can tap-to-call you easily.

So whatever you use to build your website (GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, Webflow, or whatever)...

...go make sure you have plenty of CTA's sprinkled throughout your website pages to maximize conversion rates

Hope this helps. ~ Reuben @ BookCleaningJobs.com
